The Flextank Orion Series, encompassing the Orion, Orion Max, and Orion Max Plus, represents a leap in fermenting technology. With a generous 528 Gallon capacity, the Orion stands as the advanced counterpart to the Apollo. It has been meticulously crafted to serve as a two-ton closed fermenter, but its versatility doesn’t end there; it’s also ideal for extended storage periods.

A standout feature of the Orion is its molded recesses at the base, designed to interlock with protrusions on its base, ensuring stability and safety. The tank comes standard with an outward-opening manway, providing easy access for maintenance and inspection. Additionally, a pallet base with a central pass-through hole facilitates access from underneath, making handling and positioning a breeze.

The inclusion of a Tassalini sample valve and an F1 Fermentation lock further enhances its functionality. Diving deeper into the series, the Orion Max boasts a 2″ VF2 Flange bottom drain and a newly designed galvanized base frame with adjustable feet. In contrast, the Orion Max Plus steps it up with a 4″ VF4 Bottom Flange, ensuring even more efficient draining and maintenance.
